I got an e-mail at 11:59pm from a company product that I have never heard of nor purchased, and than received the corresponding $39.95 charge to my debit card at 4am.
The e-mail read:

Your Credit Card was billed by: STUBLTD.com
I called the 800 number in the e-mail to cancel my charges - the VERY foreign lady (maybe Indian?) let me know that I would see the credit back to my account within 24 hours and that my subscription (that I never ordered) would be cancelled. She asked for the last 6 digits of my credit card to find the order - I told her that they were resourceful enough to find my ENTIRE credit card number, so surely she could work off the last 4 digits - she asked for my name and quickly found the aforementioned charges and offered to complete the credit. I asked her how much the credit was for, and she stumbled to the amount. I asked her for her name - she told me it was Sandra Jones. I told her "funny - you don't SOUND like a Sandra Jones...". She giggled and responded in broken english, "well, it's my name..."
Not confident that I will see a credit OR ever find helpful Sandra again. My next steps are through my bank.
