This company completely misled my sister and I over there pricing and services. We attended a presented where they showed us prices up to 25% of the normal sales price. Claimed that would beat most sales prices. We were told that they would help us design a room addition that would save a great deal of money on an upgrade to our home. It took over a month before we got a catalog and the prices and products available were very limited and very expensive. When I went to the store to ask about help on designing a room I was told they did not do that and they gave me business cards for contractors.
When we were being pressured to sign up we were told if we never made a purchase our money would be refunded. Also we had to sign that day or we would never be able to sign up later. Now I am told the business had changed hands and the new owner will not refund my money.
I have asked for the address of the President of the company and they would not give me that information.
My sister and I are both in our 70s and feel we have been scammed.
