Today I received an envelope filled with coupons from ValuePlusOnline. The envelope had no return address on it, only "Membership". I thought about it before opening and browsed through the enclosed coupons from rebated groceries to discounts on bed purchases. I don't know of this company but you can be assured I was about to complain when I found your site. I still plan to place a complaint because I don't want any charges on my debit card not authorized by me. I have had charges placed on my card in the past and after bitter words were exchanged I was finally refunded. I don't want to have to go through these type conversations to get what is mine returned.in addition, although the monies were returned, it took three to five business days for my money to reappear on my card. Why the wait? I DID get it back so I am happy. I am a retired legal secretary and notice quite a few scam sites while online. I have added you to my list of contacts and plan to be in touch each time I run into another situation such as this one. I will be in contact again I'm sure.
