Elder Wilson started a program called Bless 7 as part of Teaching U2Fish. Once you bring in your 7 folks, you have fulfilled your mission. You now start to receive daily pay. The only problem is that after 3 months, the members are not receiving daily pay. Every week EW asks for $7 and promises pay and it doesn't happen.
