They sold me some keywords for my website. This was supposed to attract customers to my site. This did not happen. I filed a complaint with the BBB but they could not reach the people in charge.
Their telephone is disconnected but their new site is still on the web.
I would like at least some of my money back but they simply close their sites and start new ones.
It's too bad that there is no governing body to keep these people in line.
