This company processes credit cards. My contract specifies that I will only pay a $5.00 fee the months when I do not use the service. I am enclosing documents which show that they have consistently charged me fees which are no where stated on our contract.in addition they will not cancel the contract even though they have changed the terms of our agreement unless I pay a fee.
I am being charged bogus fees every month and the only way to stop it is to close out my bank account. I cannot find anyone to help me stop them. I am
