The CPS lady showed up to a friend of mines house and asked to do a house inspection. The mother (father just pasted away a month ago) did not feel comfortable and declined, her 4th Amendment right. The CPS lady from region 5 in Tacoma threatened her that she would go get the police. The lady let in the CPS worker who was now yelling and telling the lady of the house to shut up. She searched the house said it looked ok.
A week later CPS lady shows up with police while mother is putting kids in bed. They haul the kids away. Boys have been away from mom for 6 months and CPS never had any hard evidence. Now the mother is too afriad to do anything to right the wrong and is being forced to jump through the hoops that seem to arise every month. One reason the CPS lady had for keeping the childern was that the mother did not show enough emotion during a parent child meeting! This is a load of *. I've tried to convice the mother to call the FBI, what else can be done? Is there anyone that can help?
