After signing up for initial shipment, I canceled future orders and was told in response to my email request that my account was canceled and that not further shipments would be sent nor would my card be charged any more. I continue to received shipments and get charges made to my card every month. I continue to lodge complaints on their site and get no response. I will have to close my card to stop this nonsense!
