SAME EXACT problem as everyone else with this company. Was charged on 7/1 for 49.95 and again on 7/15 for 49.95. Plus another 1.95. I called the number on my bank statement and found it shady for several reasons. I couldnt understand what the guy was saying-heavy accent along with bad phone connection on theie end. Said it was for some herbal supplement/vitamin or something. (which i never ordered) Said i would be refunded if I gave my last 6 digits of acct # (dont they usually ask for 4?). Told him id get back to him after contacting my bank. Wasnt about to get instructions on what to do from some guy i can barely inderstand that wants more info from me. This happened also during a time where my old card was about to expire and a new one newly activated. Possible connection?
