My internet boyfriend had received word that the company he worked for (juliuse vegas construction company was sending him money they owed him for the work he did for them. It was a very large sum. He needed my help for him to obtain this money since he had no account in ghana. So, i told him that he should find a financial firm there to help him. He did and they suggested that i give my account information so that they could send me the money and i could send it to him. The paper work from ecobank looked ok and so i proceeded with my information. They wanted me to send them $650.00 for the process and transfer of funds into my account. I sent this on 7-20. And i sent this to my boyfriend to give to them. After they received it, they wanted me to send them $13,350 so that they could send me the money that they were going to deposit into my account. I wrote them and said that they could deduct it from the money that they were going to send. I got word from them that they were to transfer the money into my account today (7-29). I have called my bank account all day. There is no money there and don't think there will be either. I have been trying to help my boyfriend since i met him in april. He has been trying to get home here in n.C. I keep trying to trust him, but i am questioning all this money that i have sent since april. It all adds up to over $2,000.00 now.
