I ordered A program from CyberDefender (MyCleanPC) and was turned to pay through RegNow. (Which was deducted.) The following month I noticed that they had started charging my acct 24.95, and I contacted a rep and was told that they had no record of said transactions including the initial purchase that I approved!
After the 3rd month of charges, I called and they wanted all of my bank info, records, etc. My bank (WellsFargo) advised me to not give any info to them, but the charges could not be reversed, stopped, or rectofiedwithout closing my acct. Luckily, they stopped charging me after the 4th month, but I was never able to talk to someone in that fantom company who was willing to take an extra step to help me recover the money that was illegally withdrawn from my acct.
