I sent in an HTC Desire smartphone on June 20th and after several weeks and several emails I was quoted $122.00 and a check was being processed to me. I still have received nothing and have sent several emails to the customer service dept and they do not respond. After reading several complaint boards about this company I realized I will never get the money promised to me for the merchandise I sent them. I have the emails that say they did receive my phone and will be receiving $122.00. Please let me know what you can do about this. Sounds like they've been doing this to everybody.
