These people operate and do so without checking the Do Not Call list and thus the way to stop them is allow them to get the fines associated by the Do Not Call list. It is getting to the point that many phone calls are nothing but parasites calling to sell me a business or to collect money. The FTC and FCC should be addressing these things.
