On 7/11, I received a call from my credit card company about 3 questionable potential amounts. 2 were valid; but the 3rd was for $1.95 from MedCHelp; which I didn't recognize. So my card was cancelled at that time. I then I got my statement & found the $49.95 had been taken from my account on the 1st. I made several calls & sent emails, initially with no response. Then this morning I finally got through to someone at the 1-800-349-3027 number. I was advised that they would refund the $49.95 to my account, no further amounts would be taken (couldn't anyway since my card was cancelled) & that they would close my account with them which I actually never opened. Let's see if I do get it refunded.
