I responded to an ad on craig's list to babysit. He got back to me and paid me one week in advance plus wanted me to pay for his furniture to be delivered for him. I put the check when it got here into my mom's account and waited for it to clear. Then I took the money out and sent it to Him as he asked, then he wanted me to send my money also. He was upset with me when I told Him that I had already spent it. Now today when my mom checked her bank account it is in the negative because they sent the check back. I do not know what to do, I am 17 years old, my parents need that money, now they can't pay their bills. My dad is on disability and my mom only works parttime. Please help me.
