I'm on disability and was looking for a loan to pay my rent. I looked online and SavingsPay99 contacted me, I filled out the application and did not get a response. I got a letter from my bank and I am now overdrawn $277.00. I don't know what I'm going to do I barely made rent and I don't have money for the bank.
