We just received our order from this provider who has conveniently disappeared. We found them through http://www1. Tradekey.com / and now their page on the portal is down and the portal indicates that the "member is being investigated for fraud".
We payed 1200 USD for 5 Samsung Tablets and a Notebook and we received a set of damaged earphones and a set of exercise CDs... The worries started when they shipped via China Post instead of DHL as agreed.
Any Idea of what can I do to try and recover some of my investment?
