Went to government web site trying to get information on grant procedures. Was advised that all I would have to sent would be $2.97 for postage and would receive an information package within 7 days. A week later I am charged another $57.93. Never received the information package. Was never told that I would be charged another fee. Was never given an address or phone number to call to advise that I never received my package and also to ask about the additional charge. Big rip off!!!
