Applied for a loan. Had to pay a monetary deposit of $2000 and an insurance fee of $2000. Loan was to be direct deposited to my account Friday afternoon. No transfer has been made and although open 10am to 4pm on Saturday no one answers the phones at all. Their office is virtual office.
