I have had the same experience as many people.
I received a order confirmation for a weightloss product with a confirmation number of # 5140435. Which I did not order. Of course I never received a "product", then I noticed a charge on my credit card for $ 69.95 on 6/14 I tried all the numbers on the order confirmation and of course they didn't work, went to a fast busy. I tried the number on my bank statement and that was a loud squeal. I also e-mailed to "customer support" at [email protected] The g-mail account was the final straw so I started doing research on HD concepts and came upon your site. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated as I did not order from this company.
