I ordered a Malcolm in the Middle DVD set for $74.90 from Memory Lane DVD. They called me a few minutes later, saying that the charge was declined, urging me to pre-authorize the charge. I called my bank and found out that soon as the order was submitted my bank blocked an attempted foreign billing for $75.30 from Fashion-X, not Memory Lane DVD. Fortunately my bank blocked the transaction and canceled my credit card. I called them back but they did not answer.
I received an email from "Misty Richmond", not MemoryLaneDVD.com, never mentioning any company but providing all the details from my then canceled credit card. I received several phone calls from the thieves, the first telling me that the order had been declined. On all subsequent calls from 1-763-381-5591, they hung-up the phone after I said hello.
