On their first page I registered to get information with no indication about fees. I continued to page two asking for credit card details with no indication about fees. I never would have given this information had I know there was a $99. Fee to be charged to my card.in response to my email complaint about the $99 charge to my account, they replied that it was stated, evidently on the third page that is too late—I never saw it. They insisted there is no refund. Visa refused to block the payment or block their relationship with the company. A scam.
