The manager of the lafayette store is very rude to her emploees. She down grades them in front of customers. She makes them feel worthless. They employees become flustered and erritated. However they still stay polit and curttious to the customers. She raises her voice in front of customers. She should not be a manager. She does not handle her employees with respect. She treates them like they are stupid or something.
