Several people from "First IRS" have called my home number on numerous occasions indicating that I owe for a payday loan, last time I used a payday loan was when I was in the Military over 5 years ago.
After several violent conversations, I was told that if I did not pay 1500.00 to them that day that the sherrif would be out to my home in Texas to arrest me and then I would have to pay. One day I came home from work and there were 6 missed calls and 4 voicemails from the same company about this.
I know that they can not take me to jail because I owe a debt, my wife works for a collections lawfirm and she said that this company has broken every FDCPA violation known to man just in my case alone.
I would like to just know who the original creditor is so I can call them and find out why they think I owe this. First IRS would not give me this information.
I was called a loser and told to grow up when I offered to make payments on it, even though I didn't feel that I owe it but when you deploy to other countries, and have a wife who doesn't take care of business like she should its hard telling if I owe this or not... If I do owe it I would like to pay it, but without knowing the creditor that I owe I refuse to pay it, and that is my right!
I just hope that the way this company represents themselves is controlled because its just really wrong that they talk to humans the way they do.
Thanks for reading
