This guy holds himself out as a past successful pool builder from Arizona, and self-styled entrepreneur with a Christian foundation. His tact is tiresome: "I'll pay you your money next week.." Next week never comes with the promised money. This guy is broke. I feel quite fortunate that he only took me for $160.
I never felt comfortable giving him more than that. The "trust" I had in Larry in the beginning, was fostered by the various credible business people he had attending his rag-tag "networking" (lol) group @ Panera Bread on St. College & Chapman, Fullerton in late-year 2010. This guy needs to be stopped. Treatment for a possible mental disorder may also be in order!
