Worst 2nd Day in Training Eve

I waited for a week and a half to even start working for Jalapeno Tree in Mesquite, they were not very well organized. Usually training is the easyest part of becoming a server (It can be a challenge as well, but nothing anyone cant handle.) First day they gave me a packet of information to study for the menu, I've never been great at testing and with the extra time they gave me to study (due to lack of they're organization and professionalism) I didnt pass the first test because I made an 85 and not a 90. I didnt even get to follow someone for more then an hour on the floor and was told to only prebus tables and take drink orders. I had no kind of help to learn more about the menu, its almost impossible for just anyone to cram that much information but I did try. They gave me a 2nd test after my first day and told me to study and come back early the next day to take the 2nd test and retake the first test. I stayed up till 4:30am studying and writing down everything I could so that I could try and cram it.

The next day I go into work nevous about my test, to find a different manager then before. I had never met him before and would have at least liked him to tell me his name and ask me who I was. He walked out of the office and asked if I needed to be clocked in, I replyed yes sir, but his back was to me and we were walking through a loud kitchen so he didnt hear me. He turned around stopped and started raising his voice to me asking me again if I needed to be clocked in and that he was way to busy and needed to know. Theres a reason they have to hire so meny people at once, because no one can stand them. They're rude and training sucks. I've worked for some bad restaurants before, but I have never quit so quickly in my life! The restaurant is only as good as its managment and Jalapeno Tree lacks in quality and personality. I quit.
