Peter Ulmann rented an apartment in Queensland, Australia. He befriended two Australians named Leonardo Siliato and Ronald D. Davis and talked to him about investing in the Philippines were they will set up a diamond polishing factory. Peter Ulmann brought them to Cebu City, Philippines last August. Peter Ulmann initiated the creation of a company named Diafox47, Inc. He rented a space in the export processing zone. He went around the place and asked some Filipinos also to invest in the business. To make it real, he even started the construction of the factory by engaging a contractor which he did not pay also by a single centavo. Since the business look like real, few Filipinos also invested aside from the two Australians. When he got all their money, Peter Ulmann just disappeared. He victimized everybody including this writer. He ripped off the Australians in the amount of One Hundred Eighty Thousand (180,000.00) Australian Dollars. He ripped off the Filipinos in the total amount of One Hundred Thousand (US$100,000.00) US Dollars. He is now into hiding and probably if not arrested will victimize other people in other countries.
