I bought a LCD from a showroom. The seller said it was brand new but he has only the one available. I bought for 650.00 as exclusive price. At home i discovered some technical defect in the back cable panel and returned to the seller. He tried to give me another unit which i found a hard scratch on it so i refused and asked for my money back. The seller refused. He said as invoiced mentioned, no return policy. He added i can select any other items from the shop and give me a credit. Now i don't want to buy anything from that shop. I'm no longer trusting their goods and doubt it is brand new.
