Well, I called former customers for the eXpressions journal for a week, so I know that they have customers who never receive their products, but I worked for them. They ripped me off. I was hired at $10/hour to do secretarial and editorial work. That was a bargain. I have a b.A., 36 grad hours, and was making way more than double that for the 2.5 years before my husband brought me to Milwaukee. They randomly changed the amount they wanted to pay me to minimum wage. I told them I wouldn't work for that. They've since decided I only worked there to steal contacts and start my own magazine (first I've heard about it) so they aren't paying me at all.
EXpressions Journal has been in business for 18 years and when I asked the "publisher" if the magazine had an ISBN number, he asked what that was! Beware! Their customers don't get their orders filled but they have no qualms taking the cash. All subscriptions come with "priority publishing space" but the "publisher" maintains it's not a vanity press, and the employees don't get piad!!!
