I ordered an entire 12 seasons of a television show. Here it is almost a month later and no dvd's and no refund to my account! The customer service number is not a working number. The only e-mail I have gotten from [email protected] just keeps telling me its been reshipped. What do I do now? Any suggestions anyone???
