Unknown Co withdraws $4.93 out of account

Checked On husbands account and found an unauthorized debit of $4.93. Since niether one of us were aware of Company checked online a only thing found was the complaint. I am wondering what options are there other then the hassle of closing the card. Tammy in Kentucky
