Sent a check for a secret shopper job and once the check was deposited it bounced

Received an unsolicited check for $1,950.00 from this company to do mystery shopping "evaluations" of companies starting with WesternUnion. I would keep $300 and send them $1,450.. As soon as possible after depositing the check. I would then use the remainder of the money for Western Union fees and $90.00 for the next "job".

Letter was sent from Canada with no return address. No web site listed with a contact phone number of 1-321-300-9470 and contact name of Bill Davis.

Contacted M&I bank and as with 4/18 report was told that the check was counterfeit.
