It started on 3/31. The attendant at the tax ollectors office may have made a mistake and forgot to return my change of $11.75. Turns out she ended up short and I owed the money back to the agency. I first received a call from the attendant (I had left my cell number in case money was off) and she had said to come back the next day b4 9am. I was starting my job at 8am and couldnt fulfill that request.in the meantime I got a call from robin the supervisor saying to return the money and failure to do so would result in the attendant being written up. I finally called and told them I was unable to get back to them until after 4:30pm and robin said they close at 5. She was rude then and even with the message left n my phone. How and why would it be my business as to their internal ploicices on handling their employees. Was I supposed to feel threatened? I feel robin should learn better customer service skills and others shhould beware of her tactics. To top things off, I went back with mioney on april 4th and told front desk I didnt want to deal with the robin person. They sent me to counter saying a lisa would meet me there. I got to counter and said I just wanted to do right thing and didnt think the way attendant was treated by robin was fair. I said a couple more things and as I was leaving I asked what the womans name I was speaking to was, it was Robin all along! She began laughing as I walked away saying she was a sneaky person.
