The Vonage company takes money from the customers without customer authorication. I got this experince recently and once I spoke to several customer care representative to put this concern as I was not willing to continue because of this happening but no one has even tried to retain the customer. So I decided to discontinue my services with vonage so that I should not get the same experience in future, even after loosing my money with this decision. I would like to request vonage executives to provide the correct information before enrolling them in any plan.
