My credit card was charged for the supplements, and I was told they would not reverse the charges until they received the product back. Problem is - it's been over a week, since I was charged and I have not received any product. They also said that my card will be charged an additional amount within 30 days, even though I was calling to cancel. I was told they could NOT stop the upcoming charge. RIP-OFF!!! Poor customer service staff; very rude and uncooperative. Shame on Mitch Gaylord!!!
