The evaluator told me when the test was over that I had gone through a green light and it turned yellow in the process. He said, " it could've turned red. I didn't see it change to yellow. Then he wrote on the paperwork thast I went through a red light, and he had to yell, " Stop!". None of that happened. He also verbally lied about a couple of other things. I have been driving 50 yrs... 5 yrs. W / one blind eye. That's why I had to take the driving test. This was counted as a critical error. I only have one more chance to take the test. I'm afraid this will influence the next evaluator. This man clearly broke the law. Do I have any recourse?
