Rip off

The aggreement was that the company named above told me that they were going to buy my house and then resale it to me. I gave them $ 5,000 so they could do that. They told me that if the property did not sell they were going to refund me my money back and now they dont want to refund my money. All i want is for them to do their part of the agreemant which is giving me my money back
