GotPrint.net 's customer service department has gone downhill in the last year. I had completed several successful printing projects over the course of a year. The quality was great and the service was great. Recently, I placed an order and received a note that it was formatted incorrectly. I reviewed my work/submission and it was not incorrect. I called to talk with someone and try to uncover something I may have missed, but they were rude, kept putting me on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time, were UNABLE to tell me in a specific way what I needed to fix and were, generally, bad communicators. I am very unhappy with their service.
