They are going to put me in jail if I don't pay the loan which I NEVER took out

A representative from Morgan Associates & law Firm excessively calls my cell phone with threats of putting me in jail for not repaying a loan for which I never took out. The person calling has a strong Indian accent. He calls day and night from 760-262-0979. I want this harassment stopped immediately.
