It is absolutely awesome that this store in Beaverton/Tanasborne area has remodeled and added groceries and an entire new line of products! There is so much competition for Target here in this area — so many options on where to shop. I am recommending that your legal representives contact the city of Beaverton and request an add on of another story so you could add more grocery products, get more organic products in, quality products such as Boars Head meats & cheese, Recharge, a better selection of apples, potatoes, bananas, etc. - A better quality of clothing such as Levi's, Lucky jeans, and please, please don't ever quit selling Shea Moisture Shave & complection products for men & women. This is an awesome product line and please do not discontinue it. Also, another suggestion is to include Aveeno cosmetics. Where the store is located in Tanasborne, and if you can simply by target market and volume keep your prices lower than Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, Safeway, Trader-Joes, Whole Foods, New Seasons, and create a one-stop store—Target would be a major thriving store in this area. I am a person that would rather go to one store & get what I need than rather 3 - 4 stores. And one more suggestion: You need to train your people on how to bag better - and do more to keep your employees happy, offer better benefits, make them feel valuable as they are the front & center of how customers feel concerning your store. If an employee absolutely loves their job, they will treat customers respectfully, friendly and with the utmost politness and courtesy. Also, concerning the genders, if a man is gay, please include a dress code that does not allow him to wear huge women's earrings. All in all, your store has the potential to become the major shopping place in Hillsboro/Beaverton area—all you have to do is put in some time & work, train your employees better & viola! Best store in the area & loyal customers. What more could a store ask for? Thanks! De
