Scott ordered and was delivered over 350,000 email addresses on January 25. He agreed to pay via credit card upon receipt. He never paid and I caught him sending the emails for himself and other Companies - which did not agree to purchase the lists. He disseminated the emails to his other Nebraska Friends and Outfitters. WhenI asked him, on February 4th why he was using the data, did not pay, and shared the data with other companies, he wrote:
"Do not continue to email me with requests or call."
This is theft by taking and Theft of Intellectual Property. I have already called the Lincoln, NE. Police and will update.
