I can not endorse Hearthside enough. We live in an area in West Virginia where power outages occur with almost every large snowfall. We needed a heat supply that we could depend on to supplement our heat pump and oil burner. After months of searching for the perfect LP fireplace insert we found that the first one that Hearthside recommended met everything that we required. Sure there were other sites on the internet where the same insert was sold and some were as helpful and some had better web sites. The thing that sets Hearthside apart is their staff. Where others have sales staff which offered to sell me the item number I gave them but offered little assistance with deciding on which insert would look the best in my home. The staff at Hearthside listened to what I wanted, and understood what I needed; they offered options and were willing to spend the time to necessary to make sure that we would be satisfied. There behind the scenes staff packed my insert well enough that it arrived undamaged even though the box was beat up in shipping. Other sites were willing to match the lower cost of others where Hearthside offered the lowest cost on the first phone call. Mr. Tinsley says that they have over 100,000 customers. That is a good start but with their professional staff and quality products that number will quickly grow. Buying something sight unseen is tough for me, thanks for making it a pleasant experience!
