Verizon billing charge - Home phone/Internet

I am on social security disability and I barely have enough money to put food on my table and yet Verizon has double billed me for my first bill and continues to try to get money out of my bank that was already paid to them. Now my credit union is charging me repeatedly for insufficient funds. There should be no charges for insufficient funds, because Verizon already got the money for this bill. I want Verizon to stop double billing me and ask the bank to refund the fees I never should have been charged. If this keeps up I won't have any money for my food or my rent.
