I got ripped off for sixty-seven dollars for a subscription of magazines. I paid u.Q.P. With a check, u.Q.P. Cashed it, and u.Q.P. Never sent me anything. I would like a refund

Ya know, its a shame i have to file a report for a magazine subscribtion thati paid for in full ($67) on 6 23 10. It is now 1 3 11. The salesman reassured me i would recieve it. My reciept shows united quality publication, inc, p.O. Box 36206, pensacla, florida 32516, office # (850) 542-7087. I've called the office number multiple times, left multiple messages and yet, still have'nt recieved a lousy phone call back (let alone the magazine subscription). I think i should be entitled to a ($67) refund. I paid u.Q.P. With a check, they cashed it, i do have proof. Is there anybody that could further assist me on how to get my money back?
