My partner purchased a MoneyPak and set $100 onto it to weight onto his boyis Natural Dot card who exists in another condition. While he attempted to scratch-off the rear to expose the amount, many of the figures in the centre diminished! He's been utilizing the same scratch-off procedure for near to annually. He named the support amount shown and was placed on store for over 1/2 time ("your delay period is roughly two moments"). Whenever a worker eventually responded, he described his issue, offered the info accessible and was informed he might "notice back but when that you don't notice something after twenty four hours, call-back". Today we have to purchase another MoneyPak while these resources stay in limbo. Green Dot will end up a target of its achievement when they do not discover a way to supply a far more reactive service program. 24 hours isn't a suitable time period. We're denying our suggestion to 2 additional possible customers pending the ultimate results of this case.
