While visiting Mom on several occasions during this winter season I had cold nights and no hot water. I complained to the business which resulted in me contacting 311. They looked into it and we had heat that night and 3 other separate occasions. The purpose is to inform the public that there are some private vendors not living up to NYC code of conduct for residents. What are we going to do about it? As a matter of fact, there is no heat while we speak and I can't contact 311 from my phone.
