I had an exchange from christmas for my husband. He needed to exchange the suit I had brought him for christmas. And he wanted me to purchase him a neck tie also. I had a gift card with 84,00 on it. The different in the tie and the exchange suit was 30.00. So I gave my gift card to the clerk and he told me that was all on the card (30.00) I told him naw it was not. I think he was trying to keep that extra (money) on my card for his own use. I don't trust them clerks in that store. And the service is so very slow. People were talking about the poor services. To messy. This store was in 4701 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC. I was very displeased with the customer service from the gentle that waited on me. I felt someone needs to address him about this complaint. I am really upset about this matter. Please handle it for me. I thank you in advance. Thank you again.
