It's been more than a month no news from toshiba according to fry's
The laptop i bought was an open item but i was never told that the hardrive was swaped before. Apparently the hardrive went bad does it really take a month or who knows how long more to get a new driver installed???
By the way fry's does not give a loaner so i've been without a laptop for a month great deal i got from there!!
