After ordering on line using a bank debit card, Haband, without my knowledge or authorization, enrolled me into their Perks program. My bank account was charge $1.95 for initial enrollment then in December the first of monthly fee of $14.95. I keep an eye of my account and caught the fraudulent charges. I called the customer service many times for many days and was not allowed to talk to anyone. So, I went to Haband Perks website and found numerous complaints for the very same problem. I did manage to get a phone # (1-888-626-3342) to talk to someone. They said they would refund the charges and remove me from the program. I reminded him that I never signed up for the program in the first place. When I asked to have the refund agreement sent to me by mail, that person said that they weren't authorized to do that. I also let them know that if it wasn't done, then I was going to file a complaint with my State Attorney General's office and then with the Better Business Bureau to investigate the fraud. Now I will have to go to my bank and make arrangements to stop this from being deducted from my account.
