Purchaed a North Face jacket from northfacegogo.com. The money was removed from my account on 11/29/10. My status still says pending. I tried by e-mail and phone to get a response as to when the order will be shipped. No reply. Today i tried to log on to find out that my account no longer exist. Feeling like I got ripped off for sure.
